- NewForward or port your existing number
Keep the business number your customers already know. Forward it to Howdy in a couple of minutes (we detect your carrier and give you the exact steps), or port it onto Howdyly entirely. Find it under Settings, Numbers.
- NewText customers from your own business number
Howdy can now send texts from your real business line, not a generic number. Add your details under Settings, Texting and we handle the carrier registration for you.
See every call in detail
- NewPer-call detail view
Open any call from your dashboard to read the full transcript turn by turn, play the recording, and flag anything that needs a look. Recordings are kept for 14 days; transcripts stay forever.
- NewKnowledge editor
Add FAQs, notes, and policies in plain language and Howdy quotes your exact answers on calls. Great for the things that aren't on your website, like "we don't take walk-ins after 4pm."
